Switching to Reskyr

Bring your records with you and pick up where you left off.

Your incidents, stations and apparatus are already in NERIS, and Reskyr pulls them straight in with each incident linked to its NERIS record. Older history comes in from NFIRS XML and spreadsheets, with nothing to re-key.

How a switch goes

A switch takes four steps, and the department keeps answering calls throughout.

Most departments run the import on day one of the trial and spend the rest of the month using Reskyr with their own records.
