NERIS

Is Reskyr NERIS compatible?

Yes. Reskyr is NERIS V1 Compatible: it passed NERIS's technical compatibility review for exchanging incident data. It was built on NERIS's own data model from the start rather than adapted from an NFIRS product.

The NERIS V1 Compatible badge confirms technical compatibility with the NERIS API. It is not an endorsement by NERIS.

What happens after we submit a report?

Reskyr follows each report through NERIS's review and shows its status on the incident: sending, received, approved or rejected. A rejected or undelivered report raises a banner on Command Center. Corrections reopen and replace the same NERIS record instead of creating a duplicate.

We're with another NERIS vendor. Do we start over?

No. With one click, Reskyr imports your incidents, stations and apparatus from NERIS, each linked to its NERIS record, so your history and setup come with you. Onboarding support is there if you want a hand.

Can we import our historical NFIRS data?

Yes. Reskyr imports NFIRS XML exports, plus spreadsheets of members, apparatus, training and occupancies. We'll walk your department through it during setup.

Pricing & trial

How much does Reskyr cost?

One flat rate per department, by station count: $100 a month for one station, $150 for two, $200 for three or four, and $250 for five or six, billed annually. Monthly billing is available at a slightly higher rate. Seven or more stations is quoted. See full pricing.

Is it really unlimited users?

Yes. Every tier includes every member, including officers, firefighters and probationary members, with no per-seat charge. Incidents are unlimited too.

How does the free trial work?

Request a trial with your fire department email address. Once we confirm your department, usually within one business day, you get 30 days with every module. Reskyr AI is switched on when you ask for it, and texting is an add-on. No credit card is required.

Can we get a demo?

Yes, if you'd like one. Most departments learn the most by trying Reskyr with their own stations and calls, so the trial includes every module and there is no sales pitch to sit through. If you'd like a guided walkthrough for your officers or board, or help importing from your current vendor, just ask.

What happens if a payment lapses?

Your account goes read-only, never dark. Members can still answer calls and view records, and you can sort out billing without losing access to your own data.

AI & privacy

Does Reskyr use AI? Do we have to?

Reskyr AI is included in every plan and drafts things like narrative checks, NERIS field suggestions, chief's reports and grant sections. It's off until a department admin asks Reskyr to turn it on, and can be turned off again at any time. How Reskyr AI works.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Your department's records are not used to train AI models. AI requests leave out member names and patient contacts, and CAD dispatcher notes are excluded unless you choose to include them.

How is our department's data kept separate?

Every record is fenced to its department by the database itself, not just by the application. Changes to sensitive records go to an append-only audit log, and removed or demoted members lose access immediately.

Do you support single sign-on?

Every account supports passkeys and two-step verification. Regional and Multi-Regional plans add single sign-on (SAML or OIDC, including Microsoft Entra, Google and Okta) and directory sync.

Fit & setup

We're a non-transport department. Does Reskyr fit?

Yes. Reskyr is built for non-transporting fire, rescue and hazmat departments, with a basic patient contact record for EMS-assist calls. Full transporting NEMSIS ePCR is out of scope by design.

Does it work on phones and tablets?

Yes. Members get a mobile app for iPhone and Android, including offline incident drafts that sync when you're back in range, and the apparatus screen is designed for a tablet in the cab.

Which CAD systems do you connect to?

Reskyr connects to Motorola PremierOne and Tyler New World, and to any CAD that can send a webhook. Departments without a CAD connection can use their existing text pages as the dispatch source.

What is Reskyr's software and business model?
